INVESTING IN WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
THAT CREATE OPPORTUNITY

After participating in National Able Network’s programs:

  • Participants receive a 19% average increase in annual wages, improving financial stability for individuals and families
  • 85% launch a new career — typically within 17 weeks, accelerating pathways to meaningful employment
  • 75% of participants who were unemployed prior to participating in IT Career Lab (a National Able Network program) begin careers during training or immediately after completion

These outcomes demonstrate the power of workforce development to change lives and strengthen communities.

Getting a job is about more than employment — it’s about stability, dignity, and the opportunity to build a better future.

National Able Network advances workforce solutions and career pathways so people facing barriers to employment
can learn, earn, and thrive. Each year, we serve more than 33,000 individuals across the Midwest and beyond,
connecting job seekers to training, credentials, and employers in high-demand industries.

Workforce development is not a one-size-fits-all solution. While federal funding plays a critical role, it does not fully cover program costs, nor does it allow the flexibility needed to serve individuals who fall just outside eligibility requirements. Your support makes it possible to expand access, adapt quickly to workforce needs, and support more people on their path to economic stability.

WHY YOUR INVESTMENT MATTERS

Every $1 invested in job training can return up to $12 in wages, strengthening both individual economic security and the broader economy.

Your support allows National Able Network to:

  • Expand training and job placement for individuals who are ineligible for federal programs but still experience economic instability
  • Strengthen partnerships with employers to build sustainable talent pipelines
  • Provide wraparound supports such as transportation, technology access, and career coaching
  • Launch and scale workforce solutions in response to local and national labor market demand

National Able Network serves as a trusted intermediary, convening partners, aligning public and private resources, and delivering workforce strategies that create measurable opportunity.
