Microsoft Outlook Level I: Composing Messages

There is an art and etiquette to email messages! In this course, we discuss and illustrate the following: composing, sending, replying to, forwarding, and deleting email messages. Also, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how to attach files to emails and how to save attachments.
