Andi Drileck joined National Able Network, Inc., in February 2008 as director of the Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) program. Ms. Drileck manages the complete operations of the TAA and analyzes strategies for optimum execution. She has successfully managed Workforce Investment Act program budgets of more than $1.5M, developing best practices that exceeded high-targeted expectations. Recognizing her skill and talent as a strong results-oriented team player, National Able Network, Inc., elevated Ms. Drileck to the executive team.
Ms. Drileck has extensive management, educational sales, and training expertise. She developed methodologies for educational software sales based on competitive intelligence to identify and open new territories, establish, build, and expand business relationships, and secure major contracts in the academic sector. She demonstrated leadership command guiding the upgrade of a multi-million dollar career guidance software program for a major publisher, exceeding past production goals.
Ms. Drileck has an M.A. in Adult Education from National Louis University and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. She serves on the National Student Partnership, Local Advisory Board and is a member of the Chicago Jobs Council.
