Philip Roussel is retired and is an active volunteer at Career Place where he served on the Board of Directors for nine years. For several of those years he was the Vice President, overseeing the organization’s programs, and the hiring of volunteers. He currently volunteers as a career coach; developed and leads the Networking workshop; and chairs the C-level Job Search Work Team of The Executive Network Group which is part of Career Place and National Able.
Before he retired, Mr. Roussel spent 30 years as a management consultant, specializing in business strategy and organizational effectiveness for industrial business-to-business corporations. He began his consulting career with PA Consulting in London, then moved to Chicago with AT Kearney, and then Accenture. He has served almost 100 clients in North America, Europe, Asia. and the Middle East, ranging from manufacturers, distributors, service organizations, and governmental agencies.
Mr. Roussel has a BA and MA in Economics from Cambridge University in England.
