Last week, 184 deserving students were recognized at the Atterbury Job Corps graduation ceremony in Columbus, Ind.!  During this very happy and emotional ceremony, students were lauded for completing their educational life-skills and vocational training programs through Job Corps. Along with student recognition, this ceremony also takes time to formally recognize training partners from the local business community that had a significant and positive impact on Job Corps students.

This year, National Able Network (Able) was the “2015 Partner of the Year” award recipient for the highly regarded program, Retail Career Lab! Accepting the award on Able’s behalf was Manager of Organizational Training and Development, Ronald Givens.

The Retail Career Lab program was offered to Job Corps students located in both Columbus and Indianapolis, Ind. This program is a new ground-breaking training for individuals interested in a career in the high-growth retail sector and, in regards to the program, students had only positive feedback!
