National Able Network’s Senior Services team always strives to perform at the highest standard of service! Every year, Able’s Senior Services teams from each of our five states (Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire) compete for Able’s own “SCSEPEE Award,” which is given to the team with the best overall performance during the year. Our teams are measured on performance goals set for the Senior Community Service Employment Program. These measurements include: number of participants served in each state, number of community service hours provided by participants, number of participants who find careers, and more! The teams are also evaluated based on participant satisfaction.

And the winner of the 2014 SCSEPEE Award is . . .

Indiana’s Senior Services team!

This year, we also added a new feature to the award: Best Individual Performance. This award is given to someone from the winning team who demonstrated that they went above and beyond the call of duty to serve our senior participants. The SCSEPEE Best Individual Performance Award was given to Area Program Manager, Gene Crucean, who exceeded performance goals in all categories!

Congratulations to Gene and to our Indiana team for all of their hard work and dedication to our participants!

Who will win next year? Stay tuned!
