Our Career Advancement Techniques Workshops help job-ready clients on how to become invaluable to employers once they begin their new careers, teaching you how to negotiate workplace dynamics and how to make lasting, positive impressions. We are also excited to offer a host of exceptional Digital Job Search workshops, including a follow-up to our introduction to LinkedIn tutorial entitled LinkedIn: Maximize Your Professional Potential. This workshop focuses on how to aggressively use this social media tool to establish a strong online presence and network successfully within a desired industry. Many early attendees have reported amazement at how much they didn’t know about effectively using LinkedIn. “I thought I just needed to build my profile, and then, I would be found by employers,” reported one grateful attendee; “now, I see how to use the tool and make it really work for me.”

Computer literacy is a requirement in the job market today, and to assist job seekers with building these in-demand skills, we have launched our new Microsoft Office: The Latest Tips and Tricks series designed to help you become more efficient and to increase your productivity. These workshops are 45 minutes in duration and focus on key elements of the Office suite, including mail merging to make mass emailing easier, chart building to make complex data more understandable, and pivot tables to help make more informed interpretations about data.
