I am pleased to announce the expansion of National Able Network’s (Able) Training Department to include three very talented individuals! Please give a warm welcome to Amy Stewart, Gabrielle Caverl-McNeal, and Ronald Givens!

Read more about the new Training Department team members’ past experiences and the talents they will bring to National Able Network below:

Amy Stewart comes to Able from Accenture, where she worked for the past 17 years. Amy’s role in the department is Training and Curriculum Manager at Able’s Headquarters in Chicago. “I am excited to be a part of a training team at an organization that beams with quality! Before coming to Able, I worked for Accenture for 17 years as a Training and Development Consultant and Certified Coach Professional with experience successfully building and facilitating solid quality training and coaching solutions. As the new Training and Curriculum Development Manager, I am currently infusing my expertise and unique perspective to help develop and deliver an excellent and unique retail training program for our Walmart Foundation project.”

Gabrielle Caverl-McNeal previously worked for Able as a Career Coach in our Workforce Investment Act programs! Her new role at Able is a Training Specialist at Able’s Headquarters in Chicago. “As a former Able Career Coach, I bring a fresh pair of eyes from a direct service perspective. Possessing workforce development experience adds value to the team, and will allow me to incorporate those experiences into the trainings offered at National Able Network.”

As a retired United States Air Force veteran, Ronald Givens brings a veteran’s perspective to his new role at Able! Ron’s role in the department is the Training and Curriculum Manager and he is based in Able’s Indianapolis location.”I am truly honored to be part of the Able team! I also feel extremely fortunate that I will be able to use my passion and experience in adult training and development. My ultimate goal is to bring value to our organization by helping our clients succeed.”

Each of these three have burst out of the gates running and jumping into development projects and teaching workshops! I am delighted to have such a well-rounded and talented team. Be on the lookout for new and great things coming from the Able’s Training Department!
