National Able Network Publishes its 100th Blog Post!

The National Able Network blog has officially reached an impressive milestone of 100 blog posts! I am so proud of the progress our blog has made! It would not have been possible without the help of our IT Department and our amazing staff of bloggers who continue to exceed my expectations.
This time last year the blog was only in the early stages of its conception. It was also this time last year that I was still only an intern, working part-time at National Able Network. I have since been hired on full-time as the Communications Specialist. As an intern, I frequently worked on updating the agency’s social media sites and authoring our bi-annual newsletter. During this time I realized that much of our external communications were only being authored by a few people and excluded so many talented and brilliant voices of our agency. This realization prompted me to propose a National Able Network blog to my boss as a way to include our staff members, partners, and clients views, opinions, and advice to be seen by our vast audience.
Creating a blog to feature the many voices of National Able Network ironically also helped me find my own voice within the agency. If I hadn’t had the confidence to speak up and propose the blog, it would still be merely an idea. This blog also gave me a platform to prove my value to the agency, which, as an intern, was extremely lucrative for my budding career. My own experience connects back to the mission of National Able Network to assist our clients in starting their career path.
In closing, I want to thank all of our readers and the National Able Network staff and contributors! We would not have reached our 100th post without your support. Here’s to the next 100 posts!
