SCSEP participants earn at least minimum wage while working up to 20 hours a week in eligible host agencies. Participants contribute to their communities while gaining valuable experience that will assist them in finding unsubsidized employment. Participants meet regularly with SCSEP staff to work on a variety of job-finding skills, review their progress and goals, and develop realistic plans to overcome any obstacles they face.
