The board of directors and staff members of National Able Network follow sound best-practice principles that safeguard the vital mission of the organization and the trust of its shareholders, job seekers, employers, funding sources, and the public-at-large, supporting employment and traning initiatives.

The Board exercises overall legal and fiduciary responsibility for the organization. In fulfillment of this duty, the Board establishes and follows policies and procedures—consistent with best practices and recommendations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act—to assure its active, independent, and informed oversight. The Board meets a minimum of four times a year, and maintains two independent committees: the Board Development Committee, which includes the nominating and evaluation functions; and the Audit Committee, which ensures the financial integrity of the organization.
