We're off and running! Today National Able Network has what it takes to grow significantly in its service to the community: a keen sense of our future vision and the solid operational base upon which to deliver it. We're aiming to be the number one provider of employment and community-building results, by developing responsive solutions that get people back to work and life.

We have three especially important areas of focus this year. The first will result in practical solutions for more efficiently networking employers, job seekers, and community agencies. We expect the web-based tools and human systems behind this important effort will represent a significant step forward toward substantially more productive relationships.

Able's Business Services Team is also ready to move to the next level with an agency-wide approach that better serves and responds to the needs of business. By closely working with employers in key industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and finance, our team consistently presents the most job-ready candidates and programs needed for success.

Finally, as the employment situation evolves, we understand the need to continually innovate in client services. More than ever, targeted, sometimes customized training solutions, are critical to providing not only employment placement but real opportunities for career development and growth.
