Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, Wintrust Mortgage
DeAnn O’Donovan has twenty years of experience in the finance and banking industries. Ms. O’Donovan currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Wintrust Mortgage. In that capacity she oversees their corporate functions, including areas such as audit, branding and the customer experience, compliance, field support and training, servicing, loss mitigation, legal, process improvement and project management, risk management, and quality control. Ms. O’Donovan has significant experience in acquisitions, financial analysis, establishing new business units, and leadership development. Ms. O’Donovan serves on the Wintrust Mortgage Executive Advisory Committee, the IT Steering Committee, and the Audit Committee, among others.
Prior to her position with Wintrust Mortgage, Ms. O’Donovan served as a SVP at Wintrust Financial Corporation, a SVP at Standard Bank, and held management positions with commercial real estate finance and consulting firms.
Ms. O’Donovan’ s not-for-profit experience includes serving as an executive liaison for The Cara Program, an auxiliary board member for the Midtown Educational Foundation, and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
DeAnn received an Executive Scholar’s Certificate from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, an MA from Wayne State University and a BA from Oakland University. DeAnn lives in Chicago.
